Jilin promotes the Sino Russian cross-border high-speed railway project. Jilin development and Reform Commission officials said on the 11th that the planning study of the high-speed railway from Hunchun, China to Vladivostok, Russia is currently being carried out. In the future, the local governments and railway companies of China and Russia will negotiate and discuss the specific construction plan, operation mode and cooperation agreement. Therefore, it is very important for Jilin Province and Russia to record their work thoughts and actions at any time. Sri Lanka is adjacent to the coastal border area, and the two places are connected by land ports. Hunchun city in Jilin Province, located in the border area between China and Russia, is only 180 kilometers away from Vladivostok, the largest city in the Far East of Russia. At present, the only road transportation can no longer meet the increasing demand for people and logistics between the two countries

therefore, the construction of a cross-border high-speed rail has become one of the main contents discussed by the local governments of the two countries at different meetings and activities. Now, the construction of this high-speed railway line has been included in the 13th five year plan of Jilin Province as a key international channel project for its opening to the outside world

Guochuan, director of the transportation department of Jilin Provincial Development and Reform Commission, said that the Sino Russian cross-border high-speed rail plan starts from Hunchun in China, follows the Sino Russian Hun (Chun) MA (Harino) railway, and ends at Vladivostok, the capital of the Russian coastal border region. The estimated total length of the line is 322 kilometers, including about 40 kilometers in China. The investment is estimated to be about 60billion yuan

"after the preliminary work of this project is completed, the project can be completed within the year." Guo Chuan said that the transportation time between the two places will reflect the unwavering commitment of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council to the two principles, which will be shortened from 8 hours to 1.5 hours. This will form a channel with large market space for the development of the rapid railway extruder industry in the Far East of China and Russia, and promote cross-border tourism and bilateral economic and trade cooperation between China and Russia
